Quality engineering and management
We are fair, loyal and responsible towards our customers and suppliers.
We request a quality management system from our suppliers which is at least compliant with the respective valid version of the DIN EN ISO 9001. We support our business partners with the creation of quality and environment management systems and review compliance with these requirements by means of regular supplier assessments and audits.
In order to fulfil the quality and environment requirements of our customers and to guarantee environmentally friendly production, all IDEAL locations are certified according to IATF 16949 / VDA 6.1 as well as in our processing plants according to ISO 50001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. Together with our employees, we are constantly working on improving the working conditions and environmental impacts. In all plants, uniform standards for quality, occupational safety and environmental protection apply.
