Material and component testing at IDEAL Automotive

In the material test laboratory, material examinations and component testings are carried out as early as during the concept and development phase, as well as the series. In the acoustics laboratory, the assessment of the material concepts in accordance with their acoustic performance is carried out. This includes sound insulation and sound absorption coefficient measurements in special measuring devices.

In this way, quick and customised development of different material concepts, especially of lightweight construction concepts, is possible.
