Tufting process

pile yarn is anchored on a tufting carrier in a loose bond by means of needles

Dyeing

dyeing of the carpet is carried out with high-quality, automotive-compatible dyes

Pile bonding

washout of textile auxiliary agents
pile yarn of the carpeting is processed
bonding of the pile yarn into the tuft takes place with special dispersions

Shearing

equalisation of the carpet surface by means of rotating shearing cylinders
