Carrier fleeces (fibre matrix/fibre composite) for special requirements
In the thermal process, 3-dimensional components are manufactured in a dimensionally stable manner. This is also achieved by means of the equipment of decorations, thermoplastic coatings as well as fibre matrix semi-finished products.
After intensive development work, we use a natural fibre nonwoven PeguLight® today. Formulation compositions with a high natural fibre proportion enable individual product structures. PeguLight® is especially suited for special requirements with regard to stiffness and functionality.
With the use of renewable raw materials IDEAL Automotive contributes to the conservation of resources.
