Component production for the interior and luggage compartment
When manufacturing the different components for the interior and luggage compartment, different production stages are used depending on need.
One of the most important component production stages is the form lamination process. The textile components are turned into a 3-dimensional form while maintaining the optical and mechanical requirements. Several partial processes follow this process which are used depending on the complexity.
For acoustically highly effective damping components, we produce with the fibre form filling procedure (SFS®).
